If not for the local/Michigan state papers covering this, it wouldn't get any press. At all.
michigan state officials and student-athletes should wear ribbons eternally. They actively created, embraced, and perpetuated a league-leading and standard-setting culture problem.
It still angers me greatly that Penn State had "blue outs" and wore blue ribbon stickers since both furthered the false narrative about who was responsible and to blame for sandusky.

Yep, and no one should have to grovel and bow to this sort of shit. It's not like PSU and MSU students, alums, faculty, etc. were responsible for this. This sort of PC crap drives me up a f'n wall.

I'm honestly surprised he's still there. And the OP's post is yet another example of why alumni associations should be divested from a relationship with the university. Here's a case of the university controlling the message that the alumni want to make.
