My Prediction: Maddon to Phils

Kap and Maddon are two sides of the same coin. Might as well keep Gabe. Not that I want to see that happen, but Maddon would not be an improvement. He's a system guy like Gabe. Change needs to come from the top down or don't bother.
Yes he does, and did. Go get him. I'll hope for the best.
The Philly front office has a certain philosophy. They want a guy geared to fit it.
Also hope Maddon to Phils. Saw an article Phils may compete with Mets for Maddon. If you are the manager whom do you pick. Mets better lineup much better pitching, wacky, unpredictable GM and cheap owner. Phils may have a better lineup without all the analytics and inferior pitching. Were Maddon to sign on the GM, Klentak, would be somewhat neutralized, he is not going to tell Maddon how to manage, Phils ownership would be the deciding factor, Phils will spend.
Casey might have been an analytics guy with Yanks (doubt it) but I guess he forgot analytics with the Mets. I know you post is sarcasm but I had to answer.
The Mets played decent baseball in the second half of the season. They lost the lead in 25 games after the 8th inning so strengthening their bullpen will be a number one priority. Céspedes staying healthy and playing a full season wouldn’t hurt either. As it relates to Managers I hope they keep Mickey Callaway. The rumor mill says the Mets GM may be eyeing Joe Girardi but who knows.
