So Miles played HS ball in Western PA, played college ball in Central PA, and will play in the NFL in Eastern PA.

Miles is the first RB the Eagles have taken in the 2nd round since LeSean McCoy, in 2009. Since McCoy, the Birds have drafted 6 RBs, though none of them have been big contributors.

Couldn’t have worked out better for Miles. He didn’t get the spotlight like Barkely did for a long time at PS, but he didn’t take the pounding either. Now he has “young legs” and gets round 2 money. Pretty sweet the way it played out.

With the 57th pick (25th in the 2nd round), my Eagles take JJ Arcega-Whiteside, WR, of Stanford. I was thinking they'd go for a safety, but I'm not the GM.
