Okeke was having a huge game for Auburn, and then appeared to suffer a serious knee injury with 8:08 left in the game.
Hopefully the x-rays, and other tests, show a less severe injury than it looked to be.

Well, that is the way it goes.
Auburn proved they MORE than belonged.
It did show the talent gap considering quick guards.
Guard play does help you go very far in the tournament.

Michigan's effort rebounding the ball on the offensive and defensive boards was just terrible. No sense of urgency, where TT played with intensity.

Exactly. As a Penn State fan, I’m thankful that Buzz Williams was the way that he was because it resulted in DJ Newbill being a Penn Stater. But I don’t think I could be a Penn State basketball fan and also root for a person like Buzz Williams. Texas A&M can have him.

I was at the games in Washington last night. Michigan State looked really, really good, a really disciplined team. I was rooting for Virginia Tech but am glad Duke won because my Dukie brother-in-law gave me the tickets after he and my sister got invited to share a box.
It seemed as if Michigan State travels really well. The most prevalent colors were Virginia Tech’s, which was to be expected, but there was as much green as blue.
I went 3-1 last night so I'll try again tonight.

Gonzaga played scared, it seemed to me. They always seemed to be reacting to TTU, not the other way around. Gonzaga had a wide-open three with three, four minutes left, as easy a three as you’d see in the tournament, and it didn’t come close. Ah well.
The guy driving inside with 11 seconds on the clock instead of shooting a 3 or passing for a three didn't help either.
A shame such a hard fought game had to have a blown officiating call impact the end of the game. Both officials were looking right at the play and the sideline official had a clear look. Obviously rooting for TT but feel sorry for Gonzaga.
In fact, EVERYONE here should have been rooting for TT tonight after what they did to UMich Thurs night!
