Official March Madness thread.

Gonzaga played scared, it seemed to me. They always seemed to be reacting to TTU, not the other way around. Gonzaga had a wide-open three with three, four minutes left, as easy a three as you’d see in the tournament, and it didn’t come close. Ah well.
Yeah, just my .02, but I think their relatively weak conference does not prepare them well for game pressure in the NCAA tournament.

So people get enjoyment out of a mid major failing? They been to the title game, now a elite eight in the past 3 years. They also have one of the top classes coming in. I must say a lot of top schools would take that.
That happens when you lose...no matter what you did or are going to do.

what an insane ending to regulation. We're going OT, for the right to go to the Final Four.

Bad job not to have Williams in there with Haarms to secure the rebound on the FT. Virginia has been back tipping for offensive rebounds most of the game. He was playing for best free throw shooters, but you have to secure the defensive rebound first.

Damn, Edwards hasn't missed anything (practically) all game, but misses a 3 in OT, and then throws a tough pass that his teammate can't handle with 2.1 sec left, and Purdue down by 3. Looks as though UVA will advance.

This has been the best game of this year's March Madness that I've seen.

Cline was the hero of the Tennessee game but was not able to put this game away by making one more foul shot. 4-point lead would have secured the win for Purdue.

Can’t beleive he shot that 3 when 2 would have won it. CoAch must have said you take the shot no matter what.

In the lead now. Just got home to turn it on. One thing I can say, a lot of these games have been competitive this year. Has made for a fun tournament, even if the upsets weren't as monumental.
