I honestly think Joe doesn't make the line up. He has Duke coming in and even in high school Duke looks a lot better. We'll see of course, Joe showed nothing there.
It wasn't long ago that there were trailing at the break in every tough dual. Luckily they still run out all hammers from this point out (except for HWT and Kerk being out).
I would be more encouraged if Sealey actually fired off shots.
He’s at a weight where Tyler Kasak is currently looking great and PJ Duke (who we admittedly have not seen in college) is coming in. Mitchell Mesenbrink is the weight above. If you want to start at PSU you likely need to beat out one of those guys. Long way to go

Yeah he did pretty much nothing.
He didn't look that big either. It's not like he's going to be jumping up to 174 any time soon with that frame.
What are the odds he's got anything for MM, Kasak, or Duke the next couple of years?
Look at it this way, he's got until his rsJR year to make improvements. That's worked out for a couple of PSU guys in the past.
He looked bad but we have no idea what's going on. Did he just cut a bunch of weight? Is his conditioning where it needs to be? How much live wrestling has he done this season? I can tell you that the guy we just watched looked nothing like the guy who barely lost in TB to Ferrari last year.
But he also probably wasn’t expecting g to wrestle. How much was he walking around at before he realized he was a go?

Mesenbrink should shut this crowd up real quick. Anyone worried about Levi vs Kharchla? Kharchla is wrestling really well but Levi is still a level above I think. PSU wins the next 4 for sure and I think Cole has a great chance at beating Feldman as well. The other 2 freshman took beatings tonight though so who knows?

I don’t think the argument holds up that he didn’t expect to wrestle. I don’t think PSU sends him out there if they thought he was unprepared or not in shape.
That’s a good point. Kasak last year at 141 wasn’t Kasak we saw later at 149 (and this year at 157).
He honestly didn't pass the eye test when he took the mat. He looked pale and weak. Maybe the illness Kerk has has spread around a bit? SVN wasn't himself either...
