Okie St/Va Tech dual

I wouldn't say wasted his time. I think he was ill served by the coaching staff in not letting him wrestle his true weight. I think 3rd is where Hamiti lands this year but he is exciting to watch.
Third is exceptionally high when the two in front of you have collectively won 3 championships, been in 4 finals and 5 top 3 finishes.

Without a doubt this OSU team showing the MagicMan/PSU affect. Has to be at least 3-4 matches where OSU getting that last second takedown for the major or tech. In yrs past they were content with decision wins
First time I’ve seen a team other than Penn State with a clear and decisive plan to catch and release in every match it was needed. In past years, those first 3 weights would have been decisions.

Yeah. There was definitely a sense of familiarity while watching OkieSt wrestle.
Despite the dual meet between OSU and Iowa currently looking like a 5 to 5 split by the end of the year I will be surprised if OSU hasn't separated themselves from any Hawk concerns.

Spratley caught my eye last year with punk attitude and his tough wrestling, witch I loved, this year he lost his punk which is good but dulled him down a little as far fun to watch but he completely made up for it with his technique. Yes you can see through out the whole lineup Taylor changed the chemistry in the room 100% in the right direction
