Other games

They’re playing like a team that’s not used to playing in 40 degree weather. These SEC teams would be beaten before they got off of the bus if they had to play in Columbus or State College in late December.
I don't know--it looks like a team that was already planning for Texas
17-0
Good thing it doesn't matter for UGa

Yeah, we definitely can’t hang with these mighty, mighty SEC teams.

LOL … pro-SEC dummies.

We all know this game is far from over, right?
and that Georgia can lose but will make the playoff with a win next week, right?
I'm loving this just because it's all Ga Tech but it's clear one team hasn't shown up yet

The SEC is so great that a team that may have 3 losses is going to play in its Conference Championship in a conference that has no divisions.

Georgia sleepwalking again--Kirby's going to have to learn how to get his team up for these games now that they know they don't have to win them (if they lose today they're in with the CCG wi
🤣 Georgia just ran the first two second pass completion in the history of football. SEC just loves protecting their teams

Wow, Georgia is getting pounded. They look rather ordinary to me on both sides of the ball.

They might but does that matter?
You all put way too much weight in record IMO which I understand because you still think of this like the 80s or even 10 years ago but college football isn't like that--conferences (two of them) are loaded. The Big Ten will look like this very soon.

You all have this weird obsession with the refs. Pretty sure ACC refs are doing the game but i could be wrong--unlike most I don't worry about the refs

Has a slight effect overall but yes, this is true. If they win against Texas, they get in, but if Miami wins out, they fall to the 4th seed. In this case, Texas then falls to the 7th seed. If they lose to Texas, they are out completely. That would open the door for Clemson or South Carolina.

At this point I'm simply thinking about SMU. I'm wondering if South Carolina beats Clemson and SMU slips before the ACC championship, Alabama back doors in.

3rd not 4th. The Big XII nor Boise can move up that far.
I've said all along the SEC will get a 3 loss team. I still think that's Bama

UGA DL is nowhere near what it has been in recent years. The offense isn't running well either. Too much on Beck.

Make no mistake, this is a talented team that has been on the field for 20 minutes. They just aren't "65-7" talented.

Agreed--they didn't reload like they usually do. Like you said earlier though, Beck is the problem--he just looks terrified.

If UGA loses this game and TA&M beats Texas, the SEC Championship game will have two three loss teams. Based on what I’ve seen from that conference this year, I believe that it speaks to how ordinary it is this season rather than how great it is.

The playoff will answer that question--could be either

Bowling Green putting out a pitiful effort so far. Buffs up early. Wisky v Minny taffy pull
In another game tonight, Nebraska is shutting out Iowa, which scored 29 points at Maryland last week. I hope that tells us something about what to expect from our offense tomorrow.

GA Tech just had a third CB go out in this game with an injury.

Iowa can't throw the ball--couldn't against Maryland either
Allen and Singleton might have 100 tomorrow

Yes, I watch Hack under O'Brien when there was talk about him being the top pick in the draft
I'm not blaming Franklin for it. Hack and Franklin were a horrible fit. Hack was broken by the OL. See David Carr with the Texans
Beck looks like Hack after his was broken--that wasn't as a freshman
Not everything is about Franklin

That was psu fans talking with their hearts. It was during sanctions and they were happy going 7-5 that year. Hack really was not that good with O'Brien.

Ever see a Heisman winning qb go 1-16 on 3rd downs vs a bad team? He was ranked near the bottom of he big10 and last in 3rd down % with O'Brien.

He was--as a true freshman he completed almost 60% of his passed and threw 20 TDs--it was all down hill from there
You can rewrite history all you want--Hack was hyped like few others based on his actual play. The team wasn't good--he was
Then, like with David Carr, he was broken without an OL. It's really simple even though you think that's a criticism of Franklin and can't admit it
It wasn't Penn State fans saying he'd be a future #1 pick--it was everyone. ESPN said he should have gone pro after his freshman year if he was eligible.
The biggest mistake he made was staying--not because of Franklin but because we didn't have the talent to allow him to succeed.

Van den Berg sighting. 2 tackles.

4th down DPI bails the Dawgs out.

Frazier with his best Bo Jackson vs the Boz impression scores.
