Any player that transfers within a conference should sit out one year.

I don't think that is legal anymore. the rules are more like changing jobs today. Since the players don't have a paid contract, they are free to do whatever, whenever.

For starters, you bench the guy who cannot focus the first half and give a lead large enough to get your back ups meaning second half game reps. Allar looks to be gifted... but really... how many meaningful game reps did he get...
or any other qb in the room ... for forever?

Sounds great until you learn the backups are not as good as the starters and you lose.
