The Morning CallAn Easton engineer has admitted he rubber-stamped false reports to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for the owners of two Lehigh Valley biofuel companies charged in a $50 million clean energy scam. William H. Barnes pleaded guilty recently in federal court in Reading to two charges of conspiring to provide false statements related to engineering reviews he performed for Smarter Fuel Inc. in Wind Gap and Environmental Energy Recycling Corp. in Allentown. $1 million infrastructure project to begin in East Norriton, closures expected




PatchA $1 million infrastructure improvement project in Plymouth and East Norriton townships will begin this week, Aqua Pennsylvania has announced.
