Not good is a bit harsh, don't you think? He'll be a NQ as a rsFR. That's kind of solid.
Not what you want from a #1 overall, but not good is reaching. He's knocking on the door of being a top 20 guy and he's still got a ways to go. If he was the #35 rated recruit of his class you'd probably feel pretty good about where he is.
That said, Levi should be expected to handle him at this point.

Hell Smith could wrestle for Iowa. The other kid is initiating all the offense and Smith was looking for a stall call after going off the mat.
