Never heard of him. So a HS kid is accused of crimes a month ago in Philly and supposedly announced his preferred walk on status a month ago, and this is Penn State related? This isn't even a PSU student, correct?

Yes, it's a Penn State story because it was a kid that was expected join the program. It's not a negative about Penn State football--just a reality.

As @LandoComando said, Cotterll was a Penn State walk-on who expected to join the program and now won't be because he's been charged with multiple felonies.
