Most of those teams will be getting better. Pitt will continue to be high character but with even more questionable talent. Last year will be Pitts high water mark until Narduzzi is recruiting high character players at Miami of Ohio instead of Oakland.
Wait, you don’t need to recruit players to Pitt.....they just show up by the bus loads.

My favorite Pitt photo hasn't been taken yet. It'll be a photo of the final score on 9/14 when they fall off our schedule, hopefully for good this time. Bring on Auburn, a team that may actually help our SOS.
More importantly they are reveling in the fact Toutant bailed just as they did with Fleming. The fact that those two plus any other viable PSU potential recruit won’t give them the time of day appears to elude them.
They have a "Pat signal" now? For a school they claim to hate, the sure do rip a lot of things off from Penn State.
Is there some kind of D-2 camp this weekend? Why is this the biggest recruiting weekend of the year?

We have a returning QB Pickett and he has to be better than last season.
We lost RB's but have 4 talented RB's who as a group will pick up the slack.
Our LB's were never D1 material and IMO we improve in that position group.
We have good depth at OL and DL we'll atleast be as good as last season.
WR's same as last year just like DB's.
Saftey up in the air but Ford must be a step up!
Overall atleast as good as last season.

of key guys on the line!

If their linebackers still aren't D1 material, what does it matter if they improve?
Peak off season optimism, is "This unit was terrible last year and those players departed, but the players that backed them up and weren't good enough to supplant them are going to be much better." It's college football and you always have to deal with turnover. But "it can't get any worse" is dumb.

So for those of you who follow Panther Lair closely, what happened with Ralph Cindrich? He used to post all the time with his colorful fonts and misspellings. He was over here a great deal as well. Ever since he was outed he disappeared?
He had surgery at least once and has pretty much stayed in California with his daughter. He has not been active on social media other than to promote his book and some local western PA history.
In their defense, being all conference in the ACC coastal is pretty easy.
I don't remember the poster you refer to, but generally only two fates befall posters on the lair, they die sad and alone... or get arrested and put away for life for unspeakable crimes. Those that squawk the loudest about the false PSU narrative are the ones that will eventually be arrested.

Hasn't posted in nearly a year. Either that or they deleted his posts back from July of last year. Funny, if you search his real name on the site, there is a post where he gives himself (as Captain...) a pat on the back.
He made a good living for himself and his family as an agent. Some big time guys like Fralic and Will Wollford. The mid 80's drafts Cindrich basically was controlling it with any top flight lineman, he had them all, Dermonti Dawson and lots of Steelers.
WHile he has tons of angst toward JoePa, he really hates Joyner who he still to this day says robbed him of a state heavyweight title.
As an anonymous internet poster, he didn't move the needle for me. He was just another schmo like me. Now that I know who he is, I have a tremendous amount of disrespect for him personally.
