many high-end teams have had more talent and/or experience than this one in the last 10 years, the strength of this team is CULTURE.. this more than anything is set and maintained by the HC.

*do they play for each other, will all Amer WR's make plays in spec teams.. Howard, Irvin Charles.. only families play like this
*can they share and realized bigger goals.. Barkley less carries in some games, Blacknall still fighting for time instead of just pouting
*leaders guide team as coaches can't be there 24/7.. Trace, Barkley, Golden
*no quit.. coming back all year and many 2nd half turn around
I remember Speight dropping eff bombs after his guys missed a block yesterday as he walked off the field.. seeing his dumb ugly face whining on the phones [for humanity, that ugly douche bag should never take his helmet off, even in the cafeteria and locker room] (just like his coach has taught him too.. never see JT Barrett or Trace do this), the MSU QB yelling at guys on the field for bad routes. This team has good body language out there.-sg
