Why does Gross not have to attempt a shot in entire match?
I see Jabba the Hut sitting mat side. Oh wait, that's Barry Alvarez.....

RBY in quickly on a double, tries to get behind, Gross locks through the waist, nearly got a TD, but we're neutral. A wild scramble after a Gross shot, RBY nearly has it but stopped for PD with 2:14 left. Gross shoots, RBY counters and gets a single, Gross counters and gets the TD, 0-2. He lock s cradle and has him in trouble, 2 NF, then a reversal by RBY, 2-4. Wow. Stoppage due to brick thrown. Wisky wants 4 NF. Based on video, it's a good call by the ref. Call is confirmed. Gross to his feet, and RBY cuts him, 2-5. RBY nearly has a TD off a headlock but they go OOB with 36 sec left. End. RT 2 sec for Gross

Gross to his feet, nearly up, but not. Stalemate with 12 sec left. Gross to his feet, stalling on RBY as ref was at 5 count. RBY with 1+ in RT

Even though RBY lost super impressive wrestling
RBY looked d#$& impressive against Gross. That was about the most encouraging loss I've seen.
Well, RBY just outwrestled Gross, no doubt about it. Gross is tough and the spladle was too much to overcome, but I'd take RBY in a rematch and I suspect even a lot of Wisconsin fans might agree with that right now.

Didn't like the challenge. Gross was tired in the 3rd.

Great match! Other than the spladle RBY wrestled a smart controlled match. Gross was gassing but he is too crafty
RBY with a great performance. Great learning experience. Doesn’t lose to Gross next time.
RBY showed......as good as anyone. Gross was fortunate.
