How much over weight can you be and still be in a weight class. Mark Hall looks significantly smaller than his opponent yet they are in the same weight class.

Zero Point Zero pounds at weigh in.
Now at least in youth in PA they allow for the kids growing with a one then a 2 pound allowance over the season (so 106 is really 108). Don’t think that is the case in college.
