Ray, why do we not hear more about Harmon in this saga? Did he ever definitively state that he was kept in the dark? I don't recall Gary or Tim mentioning him, but there are a lot of details, and it is best left to Jimmy and you and a few others to keep those straight for us.

But.... If Harmon knew about '01, and it seems as though a number of people who seem to know what happened back then believe he did, that is a complete game-changer, no? The whole mess is over the police not being notified. If Harmon was told, well, then the police were notified.
Is Harmon someone who could have blown the whole fiasco out of the water? He retired not long before this all blew up in Nov. 2011, if I recall. Still, why would Tim and Gary not save themselves by mentioning him being informed? It's confusing.... some informed people seem to take it as fact that he knew.

Why would he need a statement to clarify "I don't know what you'd call it"? that's pretty straight forward to everyone but you.

Plus It was only years after his death that internet trolls started twisting his vague non-cross examined testimony, that he qualified multiple times, that we've never heard to verify it's accuracy.

2. I've seen no evidence that Seasock interviewed Jerry. Matt is likely wrong about that.

Regarding #1: Matt says the head of CYS (Watson) was her "boss"...not sure how that is correct if she worked at Highlands. However, if Watson was alerted to Chambers' concerns that Jerry was a pedophile, then claimed conflict of interest and passed it on to DPW, then continued to be involved in the case as it appears from emails he/they (CYS) were then that would be pretty big.

Regarding #2: We've only seen half the Seasock report...the NBC copy cut off at page 5. Not sure how or why Matt would get this wrong. I suspect there's something there and it's possible Seasock interviewed Jerry.

Regarding #3: Again not sure why Matt would make this up out of left field. Maybe he did but it warrants investigation by someone.

He has also stated he didn't think Joe was an awful man but failed in this situation. Jive said a lot more than that Joe failed. He said he didn’t give a shit about child sexual abuse and that he was a bad guy. Those are pretty big statements to make about someone when the evidence suggests the opposite. And they are quotes that you can look up.
