Ray Blehar....MM caught in lie?

By this time, Joe was dying a$$hole. He thought he was doing the right thing and being cooperative. But he knew he was dying, and wanted to make sure the record some day was as clear as he could make it under the horrible condition he was living with.

You must be a real jerk in real life.
Tim Curley and Gary Schultz were indicted because of his testimony. If he didn’t intend to say what he did, then you are telling me that he was willing to watch them get roasted because of it?

Stop, this is all BS.

More grasping at straws. I wonder how long this useless thread will continue? At least it
gives the cult members something to do.
They still think that the GJP means something. They still can’t get over the whole anal rape part even though Jerry was found not guilty of that act for victim 2. It’s sad.

Fair enough. Thanks for the reply.

I'll say this --- if I was trying to prove a case of "As regards the Sandusky story, Penn State and PSU people got jobbed in 2011-2012 by the Pennsylvania DA and such, and the story as regards Penn State and these PSU people is not what it seems" --- I'd always be starting my narrative with Jonelle Eshbach and hammering the point home that she's a liar and leaker.

She's also a clear conduit to Corbett.

Getting Eshbach disbarred would also be something tangibly accomplished. I'm not trying to be a jerk by saying this, but for all your investigating you are a bit short on tangible accomplishments over the last 5 years. Eshbach does definitely appear to deserve to be disbarred.
Fair enough.

As far as accomplishments go, I am not law enforcement, not a prosecutor, and not an attorney therefore I have no control over what people choose to do with the evidence I provide.

Mr Blehar hasn't been right about everything has he?
Correct you are.

I have written some things based on misinformation provided by Sara Ganim and a few others that turned out not to be true.

At the time, I thought those individuals to be reliable sources. I was wrong about that.

The GJP "means something" in that is was what the media used to pollute the jury pool (and smear the reputations of a number of people).

If the phrase "anal rape" and the name "Joe Paterno" don't enter into this saga, this is a minor, minor news story of only regional interest.

Most of the world thinks the GJP was fact. That's the issue all Penn Staters have to deal with.
Most of the world understands that Jerry was still convicted of sexual assault against vic 2. How exactly does telling people that it wasn’t anal rape change anything?

Who are you kidding? Schultz and Curley were indicted in order to get them to flip on Spanier. They would have been indicted with or without Joe's testimony (which isn't particularly harmful to them anyway).

Would you be okay with the words sexual assault instead of anal rape since that is what Jerry got convicted of? How is that any better?

No, they were indicted because Joe confirmed MM’s story. Joe was the key to everything regarding victim 2. If you want to be mad at anyone, it would have to be Joe.

Nope, never did.
Did too.

I'm going to steer this in another direction since you're on this thread Ray. Some questions about Matt Sanduskys book. Wondering if you know anything about any of these?

1.) Matt says Alicia Chambers worked for or with Centre Cys and informed them about Sandusky and her concerns. They told her they had a conflict of interest and turned it over to State.

Is this true? I've never hear that Chambers was directly linked to CYS. She worked at the Highlands in 1998 as she does today. As far as I know that's an independent counseling service.

2.) Matt says Seasock interviewed Sandusky in addition to V6. Again I've never heard that before although it would not surprise me.

3.) Matt says the lump sum given to Jerry at his retirement was then given by him to Tsm to pay Penn State for a parcel of land. Any truth to that?

Plenty of cases are decided on circumstantial evidence, especially when the defendant cannot provide an alibi or contradictory evidence. There was plenty of testimony and physical evidence (lists, phone records, CYS reports, Sandusky's admissions, etc) that the jury considered in rendering guilty verdicts for the vast majority of charges.

There are plenty of victims and the endangerment case was made on 3 victims (V5, V1, and V9).

No one has come forward to verify Mike's account or give a description that puts them in the shower on February 9th. BTW, A.M. got $7 million, not $3 million -- because he claimed his abuse happened in March 2002, not February 2001.

As for the real Victim 2 not getting millions -- don't be so sure of that. Imagine what his silence was worth if he provided credible evidence that he was the kid in the shower on February 9, 2001 AND that insists he was never victimized.

Ray,
You appear to have gone rogue. Within this thread you sort of imply [at least by suggestion]
. someone other than Tim or gary may have contacted CYS
Now maybe V2 wasn't abused but was paid to stay quiet to bolster the damage to PSU.
Some fairly wild "maybes" and from a guy that has lots of cred on this subject.

1. Gary testified that thought he or someone at PSU contacted CYS. Tom Harmon is a potential other in Gary's chain of command.

2. Wendell Courtney also related (in an email) that he believed someone at PSU contacted CYS but it wasn't him because he would have made a record of it.

Nothing "rogue" about evidence on the public record.

3. The person who is Victim 2 is unknown. There are at least 4 known individuals who were associating with Jerry at that time -- and ONLY ONE of them claimed to be abused (A.M.).

4. PSU paid Freeh $8.5 million to convict Paterno & Spanier in the court of public opinion. How much do you think it was worth for them to silence a person who would blow this whole fiasco out of the water?

1. Chambers provided her 1998 summary to CYS and the PSU police. She made a hot line call to DPW. I don't know if she was told about CYS's conflict of interest. She was surprised to learn that Seasock was involved.

2. I've seen no evidence that Seasock interviewed Jerry. Matt is likely wrong about that.

3. If Jerry gave that sum of money, then TSM didn't report it on their tax forms.

Here's what changes things. JM, Dranov, Joe, Cutlet, & Shultz all said that MM didn't tell them about sexual assault. And now we have e-mails written by MM complaining that he never reported sodomy, that he didn't visually witness assault, and that his statements were twisted by the AG.

Ray, why do we not hear more about Harmon in this saga? Did he ever definitively state that he was kept in the dark? I don't recall Gary or Tim mentioning him, but there are a lot of details, and it is best left to Jimmy and you and a few others to keep those straight for us.

But.... If Harmon knew about '01, and it seems as though a number of people who seem to know what happened back then believe he did, that is a complete game-changer, no? The whole mess is over the police not being notified. If Harmon was told, well, then the police were notified.
Is Harmon someone who could have blown the whole fiasco out of the water? He retired not long before this all blew up in Nov. 2011, if I recall. Still, why would Tim and Gary not save themselves by mentioning him being informed? It's confusing.... some informed people seem to take it as fact that he knew.

Speculating: Why would Harmon side with the BOT/OAG, etc. in torching PSU and others? At that point, would he still maintain his friendship with JS over doing his duty?

Why would Penn State want to silence V2 is the question. If indeed they did so, it ended up costing them one hell of a lot more than whatever they had to pay him to keep quiet. Like $100M(?) to the victims, another $9M to MM, fines from the NCAA, Big Ten, lost bowl revenue, other ancillary costs, etc, etc.

Concerning points 3 and 4, I know you have me on ignore because I disagree with you about AM, but this is an angle that at least to me is new. Where the heck are you getting this?

If anyone can prove your current theory that someone hushed up and secretly paid off the "REAL" 2001 victim, because HE said nothing happened, ALONG WITH AM's initial statement to Everhart that nothing happened to HIM, THAT blows this whole Corbett/Eshbach/Ganim/media narrative theory to complete and total thermonuclear vaporization!!!!

Now THAT would have LEGS!!!! Maybe someone else can ask Ray (since he probably won't see my post) where the heck he is coming up with this and what, if any, substantial proof he has. He must have something since he deletes people like me from his twitter accounts anytime we challenge him about AM.

To be honest with you, this makes no sense to me at all. But the way the AG and Pennsylvania Courts have broken every law in the land, who the heck knows at this point. Count me skeptical Ray. But I'm willing to listen to what you have.

You all need to understand that the key part in all of this is Joe’s testimony which confirmed that Mike told him something of a sexual nature occurred. The GJP didn’t sink Jerry, it was Joe’s testimony verifying Mike’s. You all are getting worked up over something that ultimately doesn’t matter.
You stupid ass fool. I had to take you off ignore. For the zillionth time, what Joe said about 'sexual nature' was ten years later. You are such an incredible buffoon. Nothing matters but what was said in 2001, dumbass fool that you are. You've got to be one of the thickest, stupidest persons on Earth.

Put him back on ignore. He's being paid to keep the discussion stuck right where it is, instead of where it should be.

Joe did say that MM told him about sexual assault. What the hell is wrong with you? What do you feel the need to lie when the testimony is out there for everyone to see??

Not only did Joe testify about MM telling him of the sexual nature part but he was also asked if what he testified to is what he told Curley and he said yes. Don’t be made at me, that was straight from Joe. The excuses made by you and others are pathetic.

You most likely are talking about "getmyjizz" who has been on my personal scrap heap for months. He, and his ilk, remind me of the old Talking GI Joe Doll that barked out simple-minded phrases dependending on how far you pulled out the string that was attached to his dog tag. Here is some nostalgia for you...

getmygive has made it abundantly clear that he has SOME incentive to keep the popular narrative going. Being paid by someone is the most likely reason. His buddy Ospreylion is just a 100% ass...and doesn't appear to be very bright.

..and found innocent in all but some very minor misdemeanor so they could escape years of persecution.

When did Dranov leave for Boston that weekend?

its an interesting question. So MM sees a sexual assault, walks away, tells his Dad and Dranov. Yet, nobody does anything except MM has a coffee klatch with JVP. With this serious crime, Dad left town? Nobody accompanied MM despite sworn testimony that he was near hysterical?

Doesn't add up.

Excellent article by Ralph Cipriano in his bigtrial blog - "Penn State Confidential: Prosecutor Told McQueary to Clam Up."

It includes commnetary from John Snedden, RayBlehar, and John Ziegler.

Former NCIS and FIS Special Agent John Snedden, a Penn State alum, was blown away by Eshbach's email response to McQueary.

"It's incredible, it's evidence of prosecutorial misconduct, trying to steer a witness's testimony," Snedden said. "It shows that the prosecution's manipulating the information, throwing out what they don't want and padding what they do want . . . It very strongly suggests a fictitious presentment."

It was flimsy evidence like this that led Special Agent Snedden to conclude that McQueary was not a credible witness back in 2012 when Snedden was investigating whether former Penn State President Spanier deserved to have his high-level security clearance with the federal government renewed. Snedden wrote a recently declassified 110-page report that concluded there was no cover up at Penn State because there was no sex crime to cover up.

Because McQueary gave five different accounts over the years of what he supposedly witnessed during that one minute in the Penn State showers.

"I'd love to see McQueary's cell phone records, absent whatever dick pics he was sending out that day," Snedden cracked, referring to the day McQueary witnessed the shower incident, and then called his father to figure out what to do.

"Did he even call his dad?" Snedden wondered.

Snedden renewed his call for an independent investigation of the entire Penn State scandal, and the attorney general's role in manipulating evidence in the case.

"Anybody who cares about justice needs to be screaming for a special prosecutor in this case," Snedden said.

Anyone who believes all this BS was about pedophilia is an imbecile, and those with a hard on for Paterno and Penn State. This bullshit was all about protecting power bases, family and friends involved in the systematic draining of Penn State funds for personal enrichment. No one goes to such great lengths to cover up any crimes except for possibly murder.

The "Mafia" was finally brought down to some degree but it took decades to do it. Unless the Feds get involved to uncover the "truth", the "schifoso" at Penn State will continue to pull their shit. It will also take Legislative and Court action, but some of those bastards are also involved in this lame act.

I think the Pedo is real, unfortunately. But in discovering that, there was concern that other "activities" would also be discovered. It made complete sense to finger innocents and make this go away ASAP. (while records were shredded)
