No kidding. It'll be interesting to see if Hack makes it through the season.
Bull$hit, Temple brought 7 rushers on that play - you can't block 7 rushers, especially when you send the TE! Complete nonsense that it was the OL's fault on that blitz. Just a terrible play call (deep drop and deep patterns) that needs to be audibled out of when Temple lines up everyone on the LOS.
Another jail-break blitz where Temple had more rushers than PSU had blockers. BTW, Hamilton well behind Temple defense for an easy TD and Hack missed him by 5 yards -- whose fault is that genius?
It's the same lack of ability to adjust in game as opposed to waiting for halftime that was an issue last year as well.
At what point do you blame the QB for failing to audible out of bad plays and/or hanging onto the ball too long. Any reason we haven't even attempted to establish any semblance of a consistent running game. Looks to be the same Mickey Mouse play calling as last year.
Bushwood CC is correct - not EVERY sack is the complete fault of the offensive line. The QB, especially one who is continually rumored to be a 1st Round pick in the NFL Draft, needs to audible out of the play after recognizing the defensive front. The receivers routes need to be adjusted. There are a lot of things that go into a sack- it is not just the offensive line's fault.
OL has problems. Palmer got beat badly a few times which I was concerned about. Gaia motion penalty hurt (he did that on a 1st and goal from the 1 last year). Hack doesn't look like an NFL QB. Slow developing plays don't help. Not one screen to the RB or quick hitter to a TE over a blitzing LB.
It looks a lot like last year. I'm concerned that Franklin doesn't make adjustments to make things easier on Hack.

Yea, that pick which was effectively an inexcusable pick-6 was the OL and Herb Hands fault LMFAO - get a grip genius, that was an awful throw and an awful decision especially considering that it was 2nd-and-2 out near our own 40 at the time.
