Will the posts suddenly all be positive? Will we praise the coaches, including Rahne? Or the play calling/scheming? And can we say the players are exceeding expectations?
After all, we are 7-0, ranked #6, and in the talk for the NC Playoffs, yet almost all thread are negative. Coach game management is bad. Players screwed up. Terrible schemes. Refs get excoriated. Reading these one would think we are at Buttgers level.

Dear God you people are insufferable.
Do you realize, that when you mock anyone with criticism and say stupid sh*t like "7-0. You'll never be happy," you just make it worse?
Do you realize that the stance is also illogical and factually inconsistent?
As the Pollyanna crew mocked me for noting, Minny, PSU, and OSU are all undefeated. If, as was acknowledged, these 3 teams are not equal, then you must ask yourself, Why? Obviously it's because there is a gap somewhere (ie talent, coaching, decision making, scheme, etc). Certainly some people are overly negative, but shutting down all discussion of why and what PSU needs to improve makes you guys no better. This is a damn PSU football message board. If the team performance, outlook and underlying reasons can't be discussed here, then nowhere can they be discussed.
This is not a safe space. You don't have a right to shut down people from expressing their opinions. If you don't like discussing how PSU might fare against OSU, or in the B1G championship and CFB playoff, then stick to the OT threads about cord cutting and polls ogling half-naked women...or grab a coloring book and decompress from being exposed to the idea that there seems to be something about this team that has them executing at a level barely better than Iowa and Michigan and seemingly at a significant deficit to OSU.
Here's the truth.
-It's awesome that PSU is 7-0 and ranked #6.
-Being 7-0 is way better than the loss column being higher.
-Unfortunately, that has little bearing on the relative outlook moving forward.
-Any honest/half intelligent person can see that, overall, PSU is not executing at the level of OSU so far.
-PSU has 2 undefeated teams on the remaining schedule. It is perfectly reasonable to discuss our chances against them.
...or just bury your head and chant 7-0. You do you, but stop chastising everyone else for having a different opinion.
