You may be right. But the opportunity for the professional to professional discussion (IF one was to be had) was BEFORE the car was impounded.All she’s doing is complicating things. If she wants to exert a little influence or ask a favor, do it more discretely later.
She handled it badly, then took it from bad to worse.
EDIT: and to be clear, asking for the favor of an explanation or perhaps the courtesy of being heard out and having a discussion, is very different from asking for improper "favors." Whether there's a place for FAVORS isn't the topic here. The need to be more discreet later is suggestive. And from what I saw, I didn't see her asking for an improper favor, just acting badly when they wouldn't give an explanation or have a discussion she wanted to have.
We can say we all know what she was really asking for, but she didn't actually ask for that...
