Stop the JayPa revisionism. This offensive staff's offensiveness does not raise up Jay's acumen.
Yeah- Jay's not the answer as he was horrible as 'co offensive coordinator'. It just goes to show how bad Donovan is that Jay now looks like a viable alternative.

All I can say is, we brought in a defensive consultant when we had a very good defense. But it is really the offense that needs a consultant, and that would be the politically correct say to change things. Really, Donovan needs to go and be replaced, and honestly, the offensive line scheme needs to change. The team is not zone blocking, which is more difficult. O'Brien had them Zone blocking because it is an easier concept. When you have a line that is not that good in the first place, you want to make it as simple for them as possible. That is just common sense.
