I LOVE McSorely and glad he was able to bring us back to national prominence and a B1G title... but boy I really want the Tommy Stevens Era to begin next year.

You're nuts. Flat out nuts.
You think McSorely the better option still? It's one of those good things to have.. two amazing college QBs but I think Stevens size makes him on another level.
You're nuts. Flat out nuts.
Stevens is entertaining to watch and I really hope he sticks around for his senior season, but the Tommy Stevens era isn't starting next season unless there is an injury.

Truth be told I could see Stevens being one hell of an h back in the NFL or better yet for us next year.Fair.
Dude McSorley is an All Conference QB who is a much better passer than Stevens. You're not alone in wanting this to be Tommy's team but it isn't happening barring an injury
half of this statement is provably trueDude McSorley is an All Confrrence QB who is a much better passer than Stevens.

Get out of here fan boy.I LOVE McSorely and glad he was able to bring us back to national prominence and a B1G title... but boy I really want the Tommy Stevens Era to begin next year.
I agree. I think he plays some as a TE/H back next year.Truth be told I could see Stevens being one hell of an h back in the NFL or better yet for us next year.
Back to back 10 win regular seasons and you want the back up qb to start? Maybe cut the booze intake or start drinking because this is crazy talk.I LOVE McSorely and glad he was able to bring us back to national prominence and a B1G title... but boy I really want the Tommy Stevens Era to begin next year.
Stevens is a heck of an athlete. But we haven't seen him throw the ball against our tougher opponents first string defense or actually run against them either.Back to back 10 win regular seasons and you want the back up qb to start? And he will be back as a senior and a three year starter. Why in the world would anyone want another QB to start next year? Stevens looks good ina limited role, but Trace has been the man for two years.Back to back 10 win regular seasons and you want the back up qb to start? agree. i'd have to see ts throw more before i'm ready to anoint him. people figured how to take sq out of the offense this year, and i'd think a good d could limit ts's running. still, he's definitely a very talented young man.Stevens is a heck of an athlete. Better passer is an opinion not a fact. I don't consider him the best QB in the Big Ten but I won't argue that. He'll get his accolades.
It isn't anit-McSorley. I think Stevens has a higher ceiling. McSorley's good--no one is saying otherwise. Next year is going to be very interesting IMO
Yea you think mcsorley is good. He is leading the big ten in passing Stevens has a long way to go. He doesn't even look down field he takes off to run. Eventually the defense will take his tendency to run away and he will have to accurately pass the ball downfield. Hope he works really hard and he will be a good qbBetter passer is an opinion not a fact. I don't consider him the best QB in the Big Ten but I won't argue that. He'll get his accolades.

So you don't think McSorley is the best QB in the Big, you don't think Barkley is worthy of a Heisman invite, you don't think Franklin is a good coach, you don't think the team is worthy of a CFP spot or a NY6 bowl....but you're a fan. Right! But let me guess LionRevival, you're just being objective....of course that's not being objective, that's just being anti PSU (which is actually subjective).Better passer is an opinion not a fact. 1. Who cares who will be the best at the next level? That means bupkus in terms of their college career.1. Depends how you define best. Thorson will be the best at the next level and if he was surrounded by our talent he'd dominate. Barrett or McSorley will be first team all Big Ten
2. Barkley is the best back in the nation. Best player in the country. Should be the top pick in the draft. His numbers probably won't get him an invite unless they take 5 people.
3. We're worthy of a NY6 bowl--we just aren't a lock to get it as you pretend we are
4. Franklin's a very good coach which is why his name will surface with openings. When do you think I said he wasn't a good coach?
5. Not LionRevival...that's not even a good guess.
6. Anti-Penn State is far different than trying to have a real discsussion
