Is this his Sr year or did he graduate last year.

I thought he was a senior this year but haven’t heard anything about him this year for PSU

he blew his knee out last year missed Blue/White and still isn't ready yet this year. The reports I've read said he is helping out but not dressed or working out yet. Best case is we may see him mid year IMHO>

Thanks.

Any chance misses all year and medical redshirt 6 year?
I can't help you with that. first, does he want a sixth year? IDK. Second, I have no idea what the NCAA does to consider it. Finally, does PSU want him back for a sixth year? He's been a terrific prospect that has shown a lot of promise. But there are a lot of questions relative to a sixth year. Maybe one of the NCAA rules guys like Art or Judge can chime in.

Reasonable chance. Typically the NCAA granted a sixth year to someone who missed all of two or all of one and the the better part of another playing season(s) due to injury. If Brown misses this entire year, he would be a good candidate for a sixth year. But, it's the NCAA and they make shit up as they go along, so don't rely on anything I write.

If that doesn’t work out, he can transfer to michigan and play right away.
