Team played a good game last time out. And I can't remember our current coach's teams playing more that one or two good games in a row. So I would be surprised if she has them ready to play their best tonight.
Same old lack of player development during her tenure. Have Witted and Mitchel progressed one bit since they stepped into her program? I don't see it.

When all is said and done, NO ONE expected the Lady Lions to finish tied for 6th at 9-7 OR have a 19-9 record heading into the Big 10(14) Tournament.

They haven't played well tonight but they played very well down the stretch with the exception of the 2nd half against Michigan State
Witted has improved...Mitchell not so much

You suckered me in. I watched the second half. That's 20 minutes of my life that I'll never get back. Seriously, that was difficult to watch.
Someone tell me again why Washington has a job.
They went from 6 wins two years ago to 19 this year. Tonight's loss was bad but Washington's job isn't in jeopardy and that's obvious. Tonight was more about players not hitting free throws and missing layups. Though the defense was poor at times
PSU finished in the middle of the BiG this year. That's after 3-15 and 6-12 seasons. Her teams have never played defense even when they had star players like Lucas and Bentley. I'm not a fan.
