I have not watched all of the FL/KY game as I missed the first few minutes of the 1st quarter. But from what I've seen of Levis he still looks like the backup PSU QB.......

They don’t let him pass much. They’re a running team and that’s what they want to be regardless of who the QB is. Of course he’s thrown five INT’s this year, so they might be wary of him passing because of that. But they’re only down 10-7 at the half, so they’re doing something right.
