Saban and Dabo both have vacation homes near me in Florida. Everyone loves "Dabo". Everyone is also scared of "Coach Saban". It's amazing how different the two are in how they interact with the community.

Sort of. AIG Baker, now Blackwater Resources, started out as a commercial real estate developer, with an original focus on shopping centers. Dabo was a leasing agent for retail space.

Love contemplating the personality differences between Dabo and Saben. Saben takes the structured, professional approach to college football, the one you expect to see in the NFL, while Dabo seems to focus on the emotional aspect of the game, similar to Franklin. Interesting that both can be and are successful approaches. My guess is that there are more similarities than differences between the two. The media focuses only on the differences. The common denominator is that it takes talent and talent development to win.
