Get a clue. He did not play. Connor went to our high school. He will be playing on Sunday in 3 years. Best high school QB I have ever seen in person.
May not have the right kid but there are some serious issues with the coaching there. They have elite talent all over the field but it definitely didn't show during the game.
Subjective at this point. Conner Weigman has an arm just as good as Drew and runs a 4.5. he was a man among boys in Texas 6A last season.

Does this article indicate he was higher rated than Allar? Every service I saw showed Allar as the number 1 recruit in the nation. Edit, in fact according to this they have him 2nd and Allar 4th. Either Mack Brown is the worst coach in the history of college football or the gurus have a long deep history of overrating Texas talent and players recruited by Texas.
Yes. I saw this kid play. Several games. Best high school QB I've ever seen in person. Scott Zolak had that honor before I saw Connor. He was also the fastest player on the field in many of his games. I pray that he transfers to Arkansas. Go Hogs!
Maybe I should have said, I take it that he's saying no one knows yet. But I'm the future I'll stay out of your conversations altogether.
But....Conner Weigman hasn't played yet so you haven't seen him. Weigman and Allar both have unlimited potential. Time will tell who is better but it's hard to argue that one is clearly better than the other right now.
Watched Tyrell Prior as a sophomore in a play off game. Knew immediately I was watching a special talent destined for the NFL. He should have moved to wide out or tight end. Mighta made the Hall of Fame.
