We are 2/3 the way through the season and there are a number of coaches doing a great job including our own. My list of leaders.
Ed O - The greatest voice in College Football. If he beats Alabama in 2 weeks, the award is his. The media loves him and they have totally changed what they do.
Matt Rhule - I think he will have to win the Big 12, but this program was left for dead 3 years ago and now Baylor is alone on top of the Big 12 and undefeated.
Mario Cristobal - He was a failure in his first head coaching effort, but he has Oregon playing at a very high level. I bet Oregon is not too sorry that Willy Taggart left after one season. Too bad they lost their opening game to Auburn. May not lose again.
Ryan Day - He was left with a whole lot of talent, but they are better than they were under Urban.
P.J. Fleck - Another Media favorite. He certainly has passion. I like his style, but many people are turned off by it. He does have Minnesota undefeated and atop the Big 10 West.
Franklin may be doing his best coaching job. Franklin is not loved by some of the media and we gotta win for him to be considered.
