Average
Week 11 of the Average. A reminder that a wrestler must appear in half of the rankings to appear in the Average. Cortez appears in 2 of the 9, so he's not in the Average. Also, as the computer generated rankings often are more inaccurate (or whatever you'd like to call it) at the beginning of the season, I'll indicate the Average without and with the computer generated rankings. The two averages are not all that different at this point.
Without Computer Generated Included
125: Suriano - 2nd (2nd)
133: No PSUer (No PSUer)
141: Gulibon - 11th (12th)

Fully updated and Average generated.

Gulibon went up in several polls, so he moved up one point in both the Average without computer generated and the Average with computer generated. Hall also moved up in a few polls, which meant he moved up one point in the Average without computer generated. Joseph moved up in three polls, and down in one computer generated poll, for a net of no movement in the Average without computer generated and up one point in the Average with computer generated.

Mark "Wreck" Hall with an average ranking of 7th and none higher than 4th?

seriously under-ranked, but just my opinion

CJ Brucki and Alex Meyer may be able to explain that. A wrestler ranked top three probably shouldn't have those losses, particularly the one to Brucki.

For the most part, the rankings of the other PSUers are pretty constant across the board. The only exceptions are Hall and Gulibon. As you noted, Hall is ranked 4th in two rankings. However, he's also ranked 9th in another ranking and 10th in another ranking. So those are you highs and your lows. Between those extremes he's ranked: 7, 6, 7, 7, 6, which is pretty constant. Gulibon is ranked 10th in 3 rankings, 12th in 1 ranking, and 13h in 3 rankings. The only outlier is Wrestle Stat, which has him ranked 21st.

Hall has the talent to finish higher than 7th. As SHP points out, his loses to CJ Brucki and Alex Meyer hurt him in the rankings. Joseph has 3 loses, but his average ranking is 5th. IMHO that's a combo of his losing early, and then losing in SV-1 to Isaac Jordan, who was ranked ahead of him.
