What a game by Sanders; he was the best TB in the B1G today.

First of all the leadership -- it was Sanders rallying players this week to keep the faith, trust the coaches and things would work out.

Then he backed it up big time on the field. That was just a clinic of how to play the position. Excellent blocking to pick up several blitzes, really great field awareness to get first downs, really good receiver skills to pull in a pass at the sideline and just squeeze through for a 1st down. Just fantastic reading of the field and working with his blockers -- some of the prettiest runs we've seen this side of Saquon Barkley. Just super intelligent play all around.

And then his postgame comments were all about his teammates -- he seemed totally genuine talking about what the OL had accomplished (and they did have a really good game). Sanders is one of the key leaders on this team now and his role will be tremendously important next year.

Just so happy for him because you know how hard he has worked to live up to the sky high expectations.

Loved watching him lowering his pads today and finishing runs. I hope that's his style moving forward.

I’m not so sure he’ll be back next year...

I like your post but "best tb in the B1G today" probably isn't true. Bowser, McFarland and Bush all probably had better days. Was Sanders even the best back in the game? Especially when you consider Coan makes Hornibrook look like John Elway.

I was really happy to see Sanders have a great day. He deserves it but I think you're not giving others enough credit. I also highly doubt he comes back next year. Backs need to go pro as soon as they are likely to be drafted.

From now on, your Delta Tau Chi nickname will be “Buzzkill”...

He has been really good. The type of back that has to make defenses wear down. I’d feed him big time. 1500 is not out of the question.

Agree, and I'l add that there probably weren't many who had 2 fumbles today

Bush is a QB, but why let facts get in the way of a good argument

After he scored the touchdown I texted my brother wondering how many plays it would be before he touched the ball again. I believe it was nine plays before he got the ball again. That bothers me.

For what? If you ask me who I’d rather have, it would be Taylor, then sanders. Bowser wouldn’t enter the equation. Best of what NWvhasnledt at RB, but what does that really say this year?

He's got to stop fumbling. We were lucky to get one back on replay today.

I thought Sanders had a terrific day. He was noticeably quick getting to the line and made a lot out of nothing at times.

If Miles turns pro we're still fine at the position. Slade and Brown are both very good. They will get better, and Ford is on the way in.

Isn't there a transfer coming in also?

How many fumbles has Sanders been responsible for this year?

I’m figuring from your comment that you must know. Obviously :)

Asking for a friend
3 including a very costly one vs. OSU. None today but lucky he was called down on replay today. Tell your friend.

Well, he was down so the replay only corrected an incorrect on-the-field call.

It wasn’t a fumble (but I get your point, don’t give the officials an opportunity to even think it is a fumble).
