Why would we have a stripe out for Rutgers?

Fall of '89 the Boston College game was played as the remnants of Hurricane Hugo came down in a deluge. The marshmallows were heavy and wet that day, my friend. My best friend and dorm-mate took one to the eye and went down hard. He's still shaken up about it to this day. I don't remember the game at all, but I'll never forget the epic battle in the student section... so many seats were empty due to the storm that we had room to perform sophisticated flanking maneuvers, exchange volleys, charge and retreat. I cannot imagine the mess that was left afterward. Do marshmallows eventually melt in the rain? :D

Not sure. But, once, I left my cake out in the rain.

I remember aTm did something similar (red white and blue) after 9/11, but not with t-shirts, with placards.

I think they used placards placed under the seats of the stadium, and the announcer asked the crowd to reach under their seats and pull out the cards and hold them up. It looked pretty cool.

They did it with shirts.
