I'm rooting for Wisky to make Hairbaugh cry, but Michigan's defense really does run to the ball and hit the target with multiple players on about every play.........

Penn State's week 1 win over Wisconsin sure lost its luster....Wisconsin was pounded by Notre Dame and -- so far -- Michigan, and Penn State squeaked by what will be a 3-loss team.

Wisconsin just is not very good. Their offense is putrid and a lot of it is related to their weakest OL in years

Teams are different week to week. I bet UM vs Wisky in week one would be much different than today. PSU broke Mertz, and that fourth quarter against ND put the final nail in his coffin. Wisky is playing like a team with no confidence.

1st game of the season, on the road, New OC. This Wisconsin team and situation isn't really comparable to week 1. Wisconsin is broken

The problem is that Wisconsin has shown exactly ZERO offense the whole year

One year awhile ago it was PSU vs Temple. Temple had barely squeaked by a team that PSU destroyed.PSU barely beat temple so you never know

Wisky is toast. Will struggle to go to a bowl.

Agree, Jim and the Big Blue Machine are rolling. The rest of the country is starting to take notice
Unlike the rank and file PSU fan, I've never had a problem with Harbaugh. He's been pretty good everywhere he's coached. I think he was/is a victim of unrealistic expectations. Perhaps one could say he deserves some of the blame for those expectations (in the beginning). When A guy coaches at 3 or 4 locations and has reasonable success at each stop.....he might even know more than the BWI CAC. He's a lifer and brings a pretty good nFL playing pedigree. He loves his alma mater. Funny he gets mocked here but every time a coaching vacancy is even mentioned the BWI CAC recommends an alum. I wish him no ill will with the exception of one day per year.

Like most others on this board I have been ecstatic about Penn State's start this year and the fact that we are the highest ranked Big 10 team. However, reality is starting to set in. Wisconsin was ranked above us and in the top 10 when we beat them. Now it has been shown that they are not even a top 25 team. Similar story with Auburn. Ranked in the top 25 when we played them. Now not so much.

For me I am stepping back and wondering how good our team really is. Hopefully, we run the table and get into the playoffs. However, I would not be surprised at all if we end up 9-3 or even 8-4. It isn't clear at all to me right now how good we are. Four of our next 8 games are brutal. Each team clearly better than either Wisconsin or Auburn.

You're talking about perception. How other teams that we have played do only goes to people's perception of how good we are. It has absolutely nothing to do we how good we ACTUALLY are. We may finish 8-4. Heck, maybe even worse. But it will have absolutely nothing to do with how many games Auburn wins the rest of the year.
