Hello PSU friends.
Sometimes things happen on the Wrestling for Life website or I get emails that surprise me. I have learned that when such cases pop up it is wise to check BWI and 34 and Counting to see what CowboyUp has been up to. Earlier this week Cowboy forwarded an email he had received from a BWI poster that offered support for a middle school coach who provided a testimonial for our shoe giveaway program. (See post above.)
Ironically, even though we send shoes all over the country, that testimonial comes from a middle school coach whose school is 6 blocks from my house and is the one that my daughter's attended. My older daughter was in the same class as Ashton (real name, Chris) Kutcher who wrestled there.
This speaks to the generosity of fans across the intercollegiate wrestling spectrum and the tireless efforts of CowboyUp. I can't thank you enough for your kindness. I hope everyone enjoys The Championships this weekend.
