My recap and three takeaways from PSU's 29-18 Dual Championship Series title win over Oklahoma State at the link below.

1) Seniors lift PSU to victory, cap Rec Hall career in style.
2) Gulibon praised for effort in loss
3) Nevills not in lineup, wins open tournament

It's already a full house here in Rec Hall for what is the first Dual Meet Series championship – between Penn State and Oklahoma State. Catch it live on BTN at 5:00 and join me here for discussion. Should be a decent matchup, in which I'm picking PSU to win at least 6 of 10. Could be better, though, as the Cowboys will be without three starters.

Still a great atmosphere forming up. I'm seated next Oklahoma State play-by-play man Roger Moore, a great guy who I've gotten to know well at the past few NCAA tourneys, so his call will help add to the ambience and there's definitely a buzz among the crowd.

As I wrote in the pinned thread earlier, Nick Nevills is at an open tournament today (won his weight class, going 4-0) and won't be wrestling in the dual. Shakur Rasheed is also at the tourney - he placed 2nd - so Geno Morelli will get the start at 165. That's also who I'm expecting PSU to go with for the post-season, but that's not locked yet.

Back to the dual. Here are the projected lineups. Really looking forward to 125 and 184. Doesn't sound like Joe Smith will go for OK State at 157 nor will Chandler Rogers at 174. There's talk that Alex Dieringer might jump to 174 to wrestle Nickal - which would be the greatest thing ever for fans - but I'll believe it if it happens.
