It's been interesting so far
16 Oklahoma State needed 2 OTs to beat Arkansas at home
17 K-State needed a OPI against Tulane to beat them
Georgia Tech lost to Syracuse (Kyle McCord was great)

Now, it's early but NIU is up 13-7 on Notre Dame and Washington is down 3-0 against Eastern Michigan in the 2nd quarter. MAC showing up today

I know we’re just 2 games in, but what do people think?

We are not FSU and ND

Went in early and took a lap around the stadium. Here’s a few thoughts:

-most importantly, the troughs remain in the men’s bathrooms. Had white porcelain on the West side and steel troughs on the East - Grade A+
-food options - didn’t see any addl specialty food options but Inn steak sandwiches remain and we like them. $19 for a cheesesteak with onions - Grade B
-the PSU concessions seemed to add a lot more food options. Family had loaded nachos - $14 - and said they were very good Grade B+
-East side was opened up more for concessions and a lot of beer/drink options. They did a nice job with this. Grade A
-West side is still pretty tight with traffic flow, mainly due to visiting team partitions. Grade C
-WiFi - just can’t seem to get this right. I was happy to send a text msg or 2 but the connection (now PSU Fan) went in and out and still tough to get consistent service. Grade D
-video boards are new, bigger, and we thought better. New upper ribbon (top of upper South end) will be interesting. Added a 2nd ribbon on North and South ends - didn’t really notice much there. Grade TBD

Just turned it on and she is leading in the QF bout by a set.

Of course some of this is ritual buttering-up from an underdog opponent coach but there's truth to it. PSU's secondary is really good, on a totally different level from Paterno/Bradley days. The thought that PSU has 4 safeties capable of playing at an all-B10 level -- that's pretty mind-boggling.
