I have not followed the Rudy G legal issues at all and he has seemed to become a bit of a caricature. However, I was listening today and the judgement against him by 2 election workers was $148 million. What in the world could he have said or done to warrant that sort of judgement?

That led me to wonder regarding the J6th defendents. Here are people who have been truly ruined and in some cases have been in prison for a couple years already. If it is found these folks were falsely imprisoned how much could they sue for? For you legal types do they have any case?

In the past six years I have written several articles about the media hit put out on me and my high school friend Brett Kavanaugh in 2018. I wrote about the extortion, witness tampering, honey traps, and death threats the left used to try and destroy Kavanaugh. My research uncovered particularly damning things about Christine Blasey Ford, a woman who had accused Brett of sexually assaulting her in 1982 at a high school party. Ford claimed that I was in the room when the assault took place. Some people have told me to let it go already. Yet as the son of a great journalist I was frankly appalled by the way these national reporters tossed professionalism aside and went all in on a partisan witch hunt.

sports is getting really weird. (LINK) Could this be a response to NIL? It is "near live" without the real athletes but near athletes. I doubt this would survive a legal challenge in the USA.

The corrupt Judge Merchan who has given just days' notice to Trump of his sentencing date this Friday January 10th, continued with his corrupt handling of the case, as he times his sentencing to impede Trump's appeal and resolution before taking Office as President, ensuring that he finally will be a "convicted felon, " at least until the case is demolished 0on appeal.

Alan Dershowitz has declared 'This is the worst instance of Stalinism in my 60-year career. John Fetterman put it more simply and called the case "Bullshit." Of course, Turley and McCarthy have ripped Merchan constantly since day one as presiding over a non-crime.

Merchan should be disbarred and once the case is overturned look for Trump to move in that direction.

....PSU's Offense is keyed by their running game and believe this game will swing on whether ND can control our rushing attack without having to bring SS up in run support.

However, the one that surprises me is how little attention is being paid to Texas' Defense against the duhO$U Offense. I don't think duhO$U is nearly the lock that the b2g talking heads seem to think they are. duhO$U has won in the first two rounds off of the play of their offense (we already knew their D was one of the best in the nation); however, neither Tennessee or Oregon have the Defense (especially DL) that Texas has. This will be the best Defense duhO$U has faced in the Playoffs (and since scUM). Texas' Defense is better than scUM's (Texas Defense #3 in Offensive Yards Allowed Per Game, #4 in Points Per Game.... they have a top, top defense against both the run and pass). Just like I said about scUM before the duhO$U game, Texas has the type of Defense that gives the a legit shot in this game imho. Just like scUM made duhO$U's offense struggle, so to could Texas - if Texas contains duhO$U's offense, they have a very good shot at winning imo because Howard is not a good QB in ultra-low scoring games where he plays frustrated and ends up making bad decisions trying to be the hero....

Texan's Defense gives them a much better shot than many are claiming.

On a lighter note, although satisfying Fani Willis has been ordered to pay Judicial Watch over $21,000.00 in Judicial Watch's attorney fees in their lawsuit to force her to provide records requested of her Trump hunt which she unlawfully refused to provide.

Nevertheless Fulton County voters reinstalled Willis as their illustrious DA, despite her abject failures.
