i think it is a timer, from what I just heard on ESPN with the Meredith-Jack match.
Wrestling real well. Becomes Rutgers' first three-time AA with that win. Showdown with Heil tonight looks winnable imo

a heads up -- ZPain and Gulibon may be wrestling at the same time, and if so I'll cover ZPain's match until it's over. Someone else can cover Gulibon, if they like.

Carton almost stuck Pletcher yet didn't get any back points. Possibly because of an illegal hold. Iowa guys wrestling well.

ZPain vs. Alex Kocer (S. Dakota St.)
Per 1
stoppage 8 sec in for something. Zain with a quick TD off the whistle, and then a cut, and then another TD, 4-1. OOB at 2:33. Zain worked well and they are OOB at 2:03. Zain throws in a boot, but Kocer grabs the toe of the foot. Now the boot is in and a crab ride. 3 times Zain got a single swipe but no points. RT well over 1 min. Zain switches to working on the side. Stall warning on Kocer. OOB at 7 sec. Caution on Kocer. End. RT at 2:39

Zain takes down. Zain with a reversal in 4 sec, 6-1. Then a quick esc, 6-2. Kocer shots, and Zain with a TD on a counter and it's to the back. He gets 4 NF, so it's 12-2. Now he turns him again, and ref is holding 4. Zain having trouble getting Kocer flat, but he adjusts and it's close, but the whistle ends the period. 16-2.

Retherford is a three-timer AA and is into the semis against Sorensen. A rematch of last year's NCAA finals
Zain is now 3/3 on no-call pins... not saying all 3 were cut and dry, but mother f***** gotta catch a call on these somewhere. Need every 1/2 point possible

Stop. You two are ridiculous. The ref was a foot from the action -- at times even closer, yet you two can decide from what you see on your TV/computer screen that it was a pin.
ESPN is awesome by the way - able to watch both Zain and Jimmy at the same time.

I couldn't get a good look at it but Zain's face looking at the ref had a look like I can't flatten him out on his back anymore when are you calling the stick... Zain kept looking at the ref like really?
