Stalemate at 2:05. Jack in on a single, and gets behind for a TD, 0-2. Jim having tough time getting up. OOB at 1:12. Jim up then back down off the whistle. OOB at 49 sec. Jimmy up quickly off the whistle for the esc, 1-2. Jimmy blocks a shot and spins behind for the TD, 3-2 just before the end of the period. End RT at 1:00 for Jack

Jack takes bottom. He's up and out at 1:47. RT back under 1 min. On the edge, and OOB at 1:34. Jimmy stuffs a shot, tries to jump around, blocked. and a stalemate at 46 sec. Jack shoots, blocked. Jimmy gets active, but Jack's length is a problem. End. RT at 46 sec for Jack

Jimmy takes neutral. Jimmy shoots, nothing. Jack in on a single, comes behind for the TD at 1:33, 3-5. RT goes over 1 min. Blood stoppage at 1:21. RT at 1:01. Caution on Jimmy. Jimmy up, sits out, turns and is out at 1:12, 4-5. RT at 1:09. Jimmy shoots, blocked, and OOB at 59 sec. Jack backing back some some, then dives for a double, Jimmy sprawls, nothing. Jack dives again for a single, Jimmy sprawls, nothing. OOB at 16 sec, and a stall warning on Jack. Jimmy tries a shot, blocked, and they go OOB at 3 sec. Jack backs off at the whistle, and that's it. With RT, it's a 4-6 loss for Gulibon.
Oh well. He gave a good effort.

Jimmy can hold his head high. He had a good tournament and helped set the tone early. He is leaving Penn State as a 2015 all american wrestler and as a starter on multiple national championship teams.

Yeah. Just in time to see the last minute of Jimmy's match. ESPN3/ESPN sucked on that one, but atleast it's up and running again.
The ref sucked in Jimmy's match - allowed Jack to "ride parallel" for 2 minutes without calling a stall (Jack did absolutely jack while riding - did absolutely nothing.....not a single stall call). Then the official allowed Jack to go backwards under his own power off the mat at leas 3 or 4 times before he finally called it stalling in the 3rd and then he allowed him to do it again directly after the stall call with no call!!!!! Officiating absolutely sucked in that match.
I thought Jimmy wrestled great. Jack was so damn long!

I really try to refrain from having a rooting interest in these guys, especially doing a job like this. It's normally pretty easy to separate it. Easier to do with some than it is with others, but I've found myself pulling for Jimmy this season. Really wanted to see him finish as AA. That one bums me out, it does. You're right tho, nice career and a better tournament than many were predicting from him

Heil is probably my least favorite to watch of anyone going tonight. But, there's something to be said about him. The dude just finds ways to win.
Heil wins ugly once again. CiCamillo looked nice in the other 141 semi. Might be a nice matchup against Heil.
Finally. Amateur hour is over. Time to get some 1 seeds that wrestle like it.
Imagine watching him and Tsirtsis in a 7min backpedal race.
