Huh? I said IF the Enis decision has already been made which very many in the know believe it has why wait until Feb to sign. Thats it, nothing more nothing less.
Can tell you pretty sure Oweh did not sign. He has been and is out in the west coast through Christmas, so it is not him.
They don't have fax machines, e-mail, or even regular mail on the West Coast?? Am almost positive they have all three.

I know he was listed at WR on most sites, but that hit he puts on the WR screen early in the film is making me think we have another Marcus Allen if this kid winds up at safety.
Until it is announced, could go either way.
If you look at who Oweh has followed on twitter, however, I'm optimistic. He's following 37 twitter accounts of Penn State coaches, support staff, players, former players, 2018 verbals, 2019 verbals, parents of verbals. Many of them added recently.
He follows 8 twitter accounts associated with Ohio State. Three of them are 2018 verbals, the rest are the OSU staff.
He follows 4 media accounts that cover PSU. 5 that follow OSU.
7 of the last 9 CBs have been for Penn State.

Again, it ain't over til it's over. But it appears (especially with Parsons' tweet) that we are in a good spot.

I agree. I think the staff will try him out at safety first. With him recruited as an athlete. After the loss of young, I thought the staff would go after another 3* safety. But the staff decided to go after Dotson when we have shorter, George, and most likely Enis. I
Or, it's more like the stating of nothing, which, btw, it is an excellent example of stating nothing. I't their choice. not yours or mine for whatever reason they want. Get used to it.
I kind of cringed when I saw Parsons' tweet. Hope he's not just messing around but if he's right, while awesome, it does kind of steal someone's thunder for an announcement. Surprised he hasn't taken the tweet down one way or the other IF something was actually in the works......but I'm sure given the status of Oweh/Smith every little hiccup is going to be overanalyzed.
Jed's Radio show may have broken some recruiting news this morning.
His partner said that a woman observed Coach Franklin on the street this morning.
He was on the phone and jumped up and exclaimed (loosely not direct quote) "We got him. He's signed." Then without further comment, he got in his vehicle and left the area.
The radio guys didn't speculate on who it may be.
Phil said it might be a week or more before we find out the details of who it is.

Phil said he himself would get in trouble if he said what he knows about the situation.
He said Ryan Snyder of his staff does a great job learning recruiting info, but he does a great job keeping things quite, to allow the recruits to have their own moments their way.
Anything I've read says 72 hours, starting Dec. 20 and ending Dec. 22. I saw nothing about a starting time on 12/20 but that doesn't mean it isn't actually true. I guess they didn't expect people to parse things so closely, but they probably should have lol.
When can recruits sign?
At 7 a.m. local time on Wednesday through Friday at 11:59 p.m. Some reporting on the early signing period has described it as a 72-hour window. Technically, it's 65 hours -- but three days, nonetheless.
I saw the 72 hours reported, but that wasn't accurate.
Wouldn't seem like Franklin would have been finding it out this morning, Saturday morning. If she saw this happen Friday morning, seems more believable.
I don't know, you can get into the weeds. So if Oweh is on the West Coast, say, would midnight "local time" be, what, 4am here? Someone take over from here.
TJs post indicated that Franklin was giving the news to someone, not receiving it. So the recruit could have sent his LOI in last night.

Mustipher from MD, should compete early in depth chart with 3 OT graduating.
Parsons at LB at 242, great athlete who can run.
LUKETA coming in early. Really like him.
Box inside LB
Katshir will be solid at LB.
6-4 250 Talburton will begin at MLB, but has growth potential to 6-5 270 and move to DE.
Phil sees that PSU may be able to grow into having enough DEs to go to a DL with all DEs during certain pass downs, like a couple other top teams are doing.
Guards Thorpe and Miranda, staff loves, plus Minet will compete with Gonzalez. Will be a fierce competition at OG.
Ellis Brooks - Really good athlete and smart, from a good school, has really good instincts.

Jonathan Sunderland from Canada via VA.
Donovan Johnson 5-10 sub 4.4 speed some say will compete at CB.

Per Steve Williams - It happened on Friday.
So the report is that CJF was seen and heard on the street, on the phone on Friday. He exclaimed something like "We got him. He signed!"
Then CJF got into his vehicle and left.
