I'm guessing it's simply because it's wrestling. Byers loves wrestling. Period.
Thats stuff your supposed to grow out of in youth wrestling. Can't get away with that stuff at this level.
No, that's just his style. He gets excited regardess of friend vs foe. Don't get me wrong, I love the guy.
Wrestling is the greatest sport on earth, man. Fun to follow everyone, despite the less-than-stellar showing Day 1.

Maybe because it's a lot easier in some matches than in others??
Thought Beard had a TD before the PD came into play and so did Cael but it didn’t end up mattering.

Whoa, pretty crazy reversal by Kerk right there. Would have done a 157 guy proud.

I get that. It just seems Berge is much more defensive and relies on the one shot in the third. With his rate of success when he shoots, I would think he would shoot more.
Did anyone think that Robbie Howard would outscore Joe Lee???

A team of 6 freshmen only down 15 points to a team of upperclassman after day 1, I like the way the future looks..
Actually, even if Beard loses, I can't see how he wouldn't get a wild card.
Technically, not yet. But realistically, yes. 5 allocations at 197.
As long as we hit the magic number of 8 then we still have a chance...
