Eirman had nothing. Nick was laser focused and brought it the whole match never backed up once. Gas tank

Nick's D was excellent. Jaydin got in deep a couple of times (he didn't shoot very much), and Nick was able to avoid the TDs.
Good to see Joe Lee cheering him on and in good spirits.
So little he was spotted 2 points, scored absolutely nothing and still lost.
Rby win had me fired up and Nick Lee just had me jumping and screaming!! That’s what we do at Penn State! Win big matches! Win National Championships!!

We get called for it while in the midst of being taken down. Selective enforcement of rules is bad for any sport.

Nick was the better wrestler, no doubt about it. Honestly owned basically all the scoring chances. GREAT win.

RBY with the win in the most embarrassing attempt at reffing I have ever seen. He should be taken out back and beaten within an inch. Absolutely absurd. Hats off to RBY for overcoming Dayton Fix and the worst ref in the history of the NCAA.

I will say the game planning and tactics within these matches is fascinating. Iowa clearly saw something with Nick and doubles. Nick defended them well enough and taking all those shots ended up burning Eirman’s tank. Neat stuff.
