Any truth to the rumor?

Pssssttttt…….I know a secret!……..says the third grader.
I don't actually know, I'm asking if someone does. There has been some rumblings and I don't have anything more than that.
Well, it would be more than a little helpful to know what the rumor is in order to confirm or prove it wrong.

I’m hearing big time WR to portal. People are throwing Fleming’s name around. I have no reliable source.
The original rumor talked about a former top PA Prospect hitting the portal soon. If you do the math you could look at Ohio State, A&M, or Wiscy. There have now been mentions of it being a WR. So that narrows it down to Ohio State.
Fleming’s mother did put something on Twitter that said “Come on home baby, next chapter!”
If he can stay healthy a lot of people.
It's not that...he's got chronic injury concerns and when on the field is good...not great.
Agree, it's not about his ability. His health, though, is a whole different issue. Would love to see him transfer to ND. But could he stay healthy?
He turned out to have 4 star talent. Perhaps a possession WR...definitely not a HR threat. Don't forget Julian was 1.5 years older than the average HS senior. Good kid, hard worker etc. Burned bridges with his valedictorian address dissing PSU after he signed with OSU. Ironic that he used Justin Shorter as an example. Another over rated prospect WR.
Fanboys still get a chubby looking at his recruiting stars. After 4 years, you can't figure out he is a #3 WR?
He was surrounded by first round talent at OSU. You can have second or third round talent and still be a #3 receiver at OSU. IMO, he would be as good a get or better than other two transfers we got this year.
Maybe we can get Justin Shorter back too. I mean 5 stars gets us moist between the legs.
Lot's of guys play in every game. He's proven that he is not a difference maker.
