Your fans are number 1 because AJ said so twice.Who gives a shit? I definitely don't come here for pats
We should all start to purchase their season tickets and only show-up if PSU is in town. After a few years the place would be an empty sellout for all but one match every other year. You can get an Iowa wrestling season ticket for 85 bucks and there really is no waiting list or anything. Lol. Talk about the benefits of having a big arena that the fans don't really care to fill more than once or twice a year...
Well yes, that is part of the reason. The other reason is to throw beer cans and spew racial slurs toward the other team's athletes. That's the reason Iowa fans show up?
With plenty of windows of course!!When Paul and I were at Carver a few years ago(when some idiot threw the beer bottle at Carter), there was at least 2,000 empty seats. The 2 suits just above us were empty.
On that note, it would be very cool if we could have a new facility for our wrestling, volleyball, and gymnastics teams.
And many empty seats again this year when I went with my son. When Paul and I were at Carver a few years ago(when some idiot threw the beer bottle at Carter), there was at least 2,000 empty seats. The 2 suits just above us were empty.

LOL best at what??but iowa offense does have one thing going for it,they score more than the iowa wrestling team!Iowa fans are the best fans in the sport. There is no comparison. It's OK to admit that
Turk - your unyielding support of your Hawks is actually quite admirable. That’s the sign of a true fan. Unfortunately, it also opens the door for comparisons to a certain group of people who continue to show support for their presumed leader no matter how far his condition has deteriorated over time.Iowa fans are the best fans in the sport. This thread isn’t about wrestling, it’s about Iowa. Don’t forget that those two words are no longer synonymous.Or for a convicted felon… back to wrestling talk
Yep…like your coaches…just pure class!Iowa fans are the best fans in the sport. There is no comparison. It's OK to admit that
At saying dumb stuff, and looking like an idiot. I agreeIowa fans are the best fans in the sport. There is no comparison. It's OK to admit that
On the other site there was a recent article and thread about the Beaver reno and one of the site staff who is very wired - they are all very wired when it comes to football - said the new wrestling only facility was a done deal. Should be coming in a couple of years. When Paul and I were at Carver a few years ago(when some idiot threw the beer bottle at Carter), there was at least 2,000 empty seats. The 2 suits just above us were empty.

LOL the brands bros??Turk - your unyielding support of your Hawks is actually quite admirable. That’s the sign of a true fan. Why is the Hawkeye logo the color of urine?Iowa fans are the best fans in the sport. There is no comparison. It's OK to admit that
Thank you Big Shale and Big FinanceOn the other site there was a recent article and thread about the Beaver reno and one of the site staff who is very wired - they are all very wired when it comes to football - said the new wrestling only facility was a done deal. Said it was not a priority for Cael but a few things were happening in the sport and our big boosters stepped up and said "watch this!" He was unsure if it would include a new venue.
Nice to have the best program in the sport in all facets.
Or for a convicted felon… back to wrestling talk
Actually, I was thinking about Der Fuhrer. Ever see the movie Downfall? That guy was delusional but some people loyally followed him to the end.LOL the brands bros??

Probably Cael was just slow-playing the facilities things to let Ryan and Brands show their cards and then trump them to steal their thunder before it ever got going. Do you think we're going to release a bunch of photos of some dusty half finished facility that looks like a dungeon?Thank you Big Shale and Big Finance
I'm just having some fun. There is no high ground here I'm looking for.
Certainly not in Iowa!We know you have no high ground.
Snoop Dogg and Willie Nelson together couldn't make Turk's "snark" zing.Poor, poor WildJ, he's just never going to get that high ground he needs to make his attempts at snark ever zing.
I made one comment in response to another political post. Chastise him as well? I have been reading pages and pages of comments on porn stars and super models- one political post won’t kill you.Inappropriate. Keep your politics to yourself.
That's akin to the phrase nothing left to lose huh lolThat's one way to twist it. How about, congrats to Iowa for having a fanbase that actually shows up and supports their team?

In good faith, I could direct mildturk to high ground in Montana and Wyoming where his snark would not only zing, but zang. In bad faith, I’d have him go during a grizzly’s hyperphagia season . . . without bear spray.Probably Cael was just slow-playing the facilities things to let Ryan and Brands show their cards and then trump them to steal their thunder before it ever got going. Do you think we're going to release a bunch of photos of some dusty half finished facility that looks like a dungeon?
I would say 5-D chess, but Cael doesn't even need 3-D to trounce those guys. If you think the PSU hate is high over there now, in 3 years it's going to be nuclear.
Poor, poor WildJ, he's just never going to get that high ground he needs to make his attempts at snark ever zing.
Why do the Brands Brothers look like Purdue's mascot??Why is the Hawkeye logo the color of urine?
Or like Heat Miser and the little flamesWhy do the Brands Brothers look like Purdue's mascot??
If you build it, he will come...That's the reason Iowa fans show up?
As much as I am a Nittany Lion fan, I will admit that Carver Hawkeye gets rowdy in big matches. Rec Hall is quiet and sometimes dull, but that's just because us PSU fans have seen so much winning over the years it's second nature to us. We AreIowa fans are the best fans in the sport.
