#1 is set in stone

#2 / #3 / #4

Kerk beat Parris / Parris HAS beat Cass / Cass beat Kerk

Will the B1G committee only use 2022 season results? If so, I believe Parris is in the 4 spot based on results *(2 B1G opponent losses)*

Why would they use results from past years?

Of course Cass will be the 2 seed, with 1 conference loss and a win over 1-loss Kerk.

Yeah, barring an unexplainable loss from one of them, it's obviously Steveson, Cass, Kerk and Parris in that order right now. Hopefully Kerk beats Cass at Bigs and gets a #2 or 3 seed at NCAAs though and if he doesn't beat Cass at Bigs, he won't really be able to complain too much if he ends up a #4 at nationals. I get the whole ducking issue and don't like it any more than anyone else, but if he beats Cass at Bigs, he should be the clear #2 at nationals (and I'd be fine with #3 if the committee wants to reward someone's ducking).

I think there is a chance #2 goes to Schultz or less likely Hendrickson assuming they remain undefeated. Our guys all are jockying for that #3 seed.

Let's hope the seeds at Bigs also play out as stated and expected 1-4. Whoever get 4 is of course screwed a bit setting up a very interesting match for 3rd.

Assuming Cass and Kerk are 2 & 3, I have confidence Kerk will win comfortably (by around 4 points) if he follows the game plan, and stays away from throws. Likewise if he sees a second match with Parris at nationals, he will win a very close one. I think Kerk will see more than just Cass working hard for that body lock position from here on out.

Net-net, finishing 2nd at Bigs to Gable is pretty damned important, and the only 'guarantee' to miss Gable's side of the bracket at Nationals seeded 2nd or 3rd.
