Has anyone ever experienced the same degree of frustration dealing with BJC Ticket personnel as I have with respect to the Wisconsin match? I have been attempting--unsuccessfully--to rent a box for the Wisconsin match on December 13. I have friends who have expressed an interest in this as well.
I have called many times. I'm going to estimate that I have called a half dozen times, and I have been able to actually speak with a person about half the time. I've left messages other times. I have conveyed my wishes, and I have also let the folks know my interest. Given that I started this back in the 2nd week of October and given that I have a card on file with them, I would have thought that I could close the deal.
No one seems to want to get back with me. I don't know if my name fell through the cracks and the suites are unavailable, but I can take disappointing news.
Is there anyone I can appeal to who will get the ticket office's attention? Is this something Sandy Barbour likes to know about?
Thank you all.
