I completely understand that it’s the rule but it’s a flawed rule. I can understand helmet to helmet and fully support that rule change, but that was a great hit that should not be a penalty. There has to be a consequence for scrambling or else you’re going to get triple digit scores.

Honestly, out of any football rule, leading with the crown of the helmet makes the most sense. Look at many of the major spine injuries from football. A lot of them were caused by someone leading with the crown of their helmet.
