Collegiate Duals 2.0

Swiderski did not weigh in, so that won't be happening.

Just an FYI, Levi Haines DID weigh in for the Nittany Lions...

Unless ISU finds a really good 141 really quickly, they aren't beating Cornella/Cornell.
Swiderski had a close wrestleoff with Jacob Frost. He’s a freshman and pretty damn good. He won the cyclone open this year and beat Josh Edmond there. He’s 13-2. Definitely a step down from Swiderski but should still give Cornella a good match

285: Iowa State bumps Yonger Bastida up to 285........looks quite small. Bastida gets Td and Fernandes escapes in 8 seconds. Second period...........Fernandes takes top and rides him easily and has 1:52 in riding time. Bastida starts neutral in 3rd. Several scrambles .......with the heavier Fernandes seemingly having the advantage. Bastida is pretty extended and looks to be in trouble BUT somehow muscles up on the leg and gets behind for a TD with 4 seconds left. Iowa bumps up the final three weights and WINS 18-13
Who predicted the bump-ups and lost money on Cornell? The Supreme Court will most likely decide this election....errr....I mean wrestling match :)

*Lehigh Defeats Cal Poly..........................#8 Bernie Truax used a very late takedown to defeat #5 Michael Beard 3-2
*North Carolina defeats Central Michigan .........28-7
