Yes. They don't approach the level of mbe/joescazz/ratking and lord knows how many other names over there. Doesn't approach the level of Paco the Wacko. Or some others, but I don't have that much time or energy, other things to do.

I don't know if anyone has ever done a poll on this, but I'm curious as to how many Penn State fans versus Pitt fans that there are in Pittsburgh say within a 25 mile radius.
Marmo's quote sounded good at the time. However, once his career unfolded..it made him look foolish.
That board is moderated to hell to. Everytime another recruit flips, they delete all the threads about it, even the ones started by their 7 repeat posters, and just pretend it never happened. That's after they start saying the player sucks and they didn't want him anyway.

Yeah- 'bad taste' is the understatement of the year. Some of those Pitt posters border on real psychological issues.
I can't imagine where Pitt would be without Chris Peak. He should be on the Pitt staff for the rainbows and unicorns he blows up rear ends. Although he builds the fanbase on pantherlair up so high in the offseason, that it makes the predicted fallout during the season that much more enjoyable.
Under the old message board format, I got banned just for being there. I didn't say anything at all offensive or in an impolite manner. Guess it was just enough to have Blue White Illustrated by my name. I emailed him to ask why I got banned and he never responded. From that point on I lost all respect for the man.

In addition to 10 threads entirely about PSU, there are another half dozen or so about WVU and UNC. Not to mention the threads that start out as Pitt threads but end up about PSU anyway.
So yes, every rivals page is filled with so bad apples, but the lair is a total cesspool.
