Do you have any game day superstitions that have helped PSU to 7-0? If so, what are they?

I wear my #45 jersey signed by you know who. Haven't washed it yet this year. Hopefully I won't wash it until January.

I started the football season wearing my penn state lanyard to work, not my eagles or flyers one. Even though the eagles are playing GREAT football right now, I won't change my lanyard. It's got the juice. I also haven't touched my penn state jersey yet this year. will continue to leave it hung in the closet

My gold Nittany Lion hoop earrings and blue and white striped shirt are my uniform although my husband and I joined the white out for Michigan (still wore the earrings) with my white nightgown and his white polo shirt

New ballcap at the beginning of each season. Only hat I'll wear from Sept. to Jan. Last year it was an OLD Nike one I'd bought years ago and forgot all about...found it in a shopping bag in the back of my closet last summer. This year it's a '47 brand. Typically they're all navy with the chipmunk logo.

Been wearing same PSU under armour shirt t shirt for every game .. however i do wash it

I have not recorded a single game after the UM game last year. I now wait of the condensed version on BTN, but I swore it off as it seemed every time I hit record an L would follow.

That's during the game. On Friday been wearing the same PSU Nike golf shirt to work. On Monday's the same PSU UA golf shirt to work.

I also do not record the games for the same reason. So much nervous energy I usually try to work out some.

I wear my white #26 jersey that has not been washed this season. Also no beer until after the game. I don't know why but it seems to have worked so don't mess with it.

I drink a case of a real honest to goodness Pa-All-American Beer... Straubs ..... I stopped drinking that fake patriotic, but purely fascistic beer last November.

Haha almost embarrassed to say. Day before or sometimes Thursday I light a candle in st Patrick’s for good health for the team and a win. For the record, I light candles for the family etc.

I also always get an old school Italian sub from a proper brooklyn joint. Either defonte or Lioni, although last week I did Andrea Salumeria in Jersey City, still worked. Guess it is sort of an ode to joe pa

I never bet on a Lions game. Most times that I bet on the Lions, they lost. I quit betting over 30 years ago.
Mine is very similar. About 50 years ago I bet on our lions for the first time--and they lost. Quit betting on them, ever since. Friend of mine from Michigan wanted to make a friendly bet on the game last week--told him about my superstition--probably thinks I'm nuts.

My daughter was born Oct. 1, 2016. Watched the OT win in the hospital after being up for 36 hours straight. She has seen one loss in her life and isn't ready for a second. Funny side story to all of this. I was wearing a Penn State track jacket during the delivery. The doctor is now in position trying to get the baby out. I don't know if I looked terrified or what but he looks at me out of no where and says "big bounce back game for Penn State today huh?". Minutes later I was holding my little girl. So yes part of me believes she is the good luck charm responsible for the teams turn around.

My Dad and I always get a hot dog at the same concession at the foot of the WFU ramp at the Beav. We eat on the way up and toss the foil in the same can. Victory Dogs, we call them.
I live on the west coast so when I can't make a game, I cook two, top with kraut and devour just before kickoff.

Among other things I remind Fonzie that it’s his responsibility to be ready to be BARKING FOR BARKLEY!

AND

He reminds me that it’s my responsibility to be ready to be CUSSING OUT THE BIG 10(14) OFFICIATING (AND REPLAY / REPRAY) CREW!

Thanks for sharing. This will probably bring up some choice memories for a lot of posters here.
